Front Desk Coordinator

We’re currently seeking bright, passionate, and service driven Front Desk Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Superior Customer service skills
• Perpetual positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
• Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays
• Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties; answering patients’ questions; maintaining the reception area
• Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
• Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
• Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information
• Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs

 Professional Laser Specialist

We’re currently seeking bright, passionate, and safety driven Laser Specialist.

As a Laser Specialist, you be responsible for providing laser therapies in a high end Laser Tattoo Removal Clinic here in Houston TX. Team members are driven to be the most technically advanced in Laser Tattoo Removal technology, committed to positively enriching each other, our members and our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform skin analysis and evaluation on patients.
• Obtain applicable patient medical history prior to services.
• Administer cosmetic laser therapies in a professional atmosphere.
• Develop a treatment plan for patients with ongoing follow-up.
• Answer any questions or concerns a patients may have.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a certified in the state of Texas
• 3 or more years experience with laser treatments
• Prior experience in Med Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgeon industry preferred
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
